Pennine moves to new location

The new premises are less than 3 kilometres from the previous site, so the company can continue to provide jobs within the local community

After nearly 40 years, at the start of 2023 Pennine have moved into new business premises expanding the production and office space by 50 percent.

In addition to the larger space, the building has been fully customised to allow for a vastly improved operational flow and increased production output. The new premises were selected as they are less than 3 kilometres from the previous site, allowing for maximum retention of experienced production and sales staff and continuing to provide jobs in the local community.

Pennine’s Sales Director Graham Womersley said, “This is a milestone in the history of Pennine, and the third time in our 55 year history that we have upgraded our premises. Having a new purpose-built facility will allow us to improve production processes and provide shorter lead times for our customers. We are all very grateful to West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s Business Growth Programme who supported the move.”
