Glass Company Srl, one of today’s leaders for special glass processing machinery, will be at Vitrum 2019 with Matrix, the exclusive,
patented heating system with convection heating.
At the company’s stand, there will be a 2500x4200mm heating chamber to allow visitors to find out about the quality and technology of
Glass Company’s tempering furnaces, which allows to heat each and every type of glass on the market, such as low-E ≥ 0,01, reflective,
transparent, enamelled, etc., real convection technology that does not differentiate between the types of glass, thicknesses and sizes. This real
convection system with Matrix technology provides accurate and optimal heat over the entire surface of the heating chamber, guaranteeing
excellent optical quality of the tempered glass, which cannot be compared to that of the traditional infrared heating.
Glass Company will also have on show large-sized curved tempered glass sheets created by its Italian clients using Glass Company
machines, providing visitors the possibility of assessing production quality.
Glass Company staff will be at the stand to speak about the company’s most recent installations of flat and curved glass tempering furnaces,
such as the 3300x6000mm flat glass tempering furnace
installed recently at Glasskon (Poland) and the curved
glass tempering furnace with double longitudinal and
transverse curving section, for curved glass sizes up to
2500(arc)x4500mm, installed at VE.UR (Italy).
Those interested in tempering extremely thin glass can
take a look at some glass tempered in out plant for glass
of 2.5mm, while a double-chamber furnace with new
heating technology that will be installed this year, will also
be presented. This furnace will have a heating chamber of
about 1800x10000mm, and will be able to temper very
thin glass, in oscillating and semi-continuous mode.
