“Go Green with Glass” is the theme of the 38th ASEAN Federation of Glass Manufacturers (AFGM) conference in September 2014
The 38th ASEAN Federation of Glass Manufacturers (AFGM) conference will take place in Penang Island, Malaysia from September 8 -11 2014. The theme of the conference is ‘Go Green with Glass’. “The theme reflects the continuous efforts and challenges from within the glass industry to promote a more environmentally friendly approach to manufacturing” said Organising Committee Chairman Chai Kung Fee. The call for papers is out now and entries must be submitted by the end of June (http://38afgm.com/main/technical-paper/).
The programme for the event includes technical sessions, and social events including a golf tournament and gala dinners.
