Beautiful new offices for façade specialist Facédo in Velp, The Netherlands. The impressive glass façade with full-height solar control glazing provides a great view, an abundance of daylight and superb comfort. Also impressive: as the building is located just next to the water, the glass façade had to be installed and assembled… from above the water.
On the De Beemd industrial estate in Velp, located directly on the A12 motorway, Facédo has built a second building at a fantastic high-profile location. This building, located directly opposite the existing premises, comprises 1,200 square metres of office space, a 300 square metre company restaurant and 1,700 square metre production hall with a professional glazing line.
Facédo’s new building is equipped with solar control glass AGC Glass Europe‘s ipasol Ultraselect 62/29. With a light transmission of 62 percent and a solar factor of 29 percent, this product achieves a selectivity of 2.14. This glass is characterised by very high daylight transmission and very good solar control properties.
