29 April 1999: Glass manufacturer Alliance Global Inc. listed recently at Pso 1.32, up from its initial public offer price of Pso 1.27, the Philippine Stock Exchange said. The first deal was done an hour after the market opened. Volume was 100,000 shares. This is the first IPO to list on the exchange since July 1998, when Euro-Med Laboratories Inc. was listed. Alliance Global offered 88 million shares to the public. Its underwriter is All AsiaCapital and Trust Corp.
