Ardagh’s sale of six Anchor Glass plants has been completed. As per the sale, the six plants have been acquired by Glass Container Acquisition, an affiliate of KPS Capital Partners.
Ardagh Group has completed the sale of six former Anchor Glass plants, together with certain related assets, to Glass Container Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of KPS Capital Partners, LP (“KPS”). Following the acquisition of Verallia North America and the divestment of these assets to KPS, Ardagh’s North America Glass Division will generate annual revenues of approximately USD 2 billion from 16 glass manufacturing facilities, employing 5,000 people.
