A+W Software has announced the addition of Korry DuMont to the A+W Software team to strengthen its customer service support presence in North America. DuMont assumes the role of Customer Service Consultant, focusing on A+W Clarity (glass) customers.
Reflecting on his new role, DuMont said, “The chance to join the A+W Software team is something I consider very fortunate. I look forward to playing a vital role in the support of our customers’ IT needs, drawing on my years of IT experience to uphold a high level of customer service. DuMont brings considerable IT knowledge, including ERP and SQL Server, as demonstrated by his abilities in construction-adjacent industries. His deep knowledge of IT will allow him to solve any issues because as a “tech nerd, computers are essentially the core of the digital era we live in.”
When not working with customers, Korry spends time with his wife and two kids. Outside of his family, Korry is passionate about running.
