BA Group presents Futura Program 2018

BA produces 8 billion bottles per year

 

The 2018 edition of the BA Futura Programme will take place in BA Iberia plants over a period of 12 months.

BA Glass, one of the main multinational glass packaging companies in the world, produces 8 billion bottles per year that are present in everyone’s daily lives and found in more than 80 countries worldwide. These same bottles are inspired by 3,800 people in 7 countries and 12 different locations.

Aware that today’s young students are the leaders of tomorrow, BA strives to work in partnership with educational institutions anticipating development and training needs within the academic community, even before reaching the labour market.
The Futura Program, intended for recent engineers, aims to attract and integrate, within BA Glass Group, young talent with different engineering background, who aspire to develop behavioural and technical skills in an industrial environment, with an extensive intercultural network.
The application process to the Futura Program encourages candidates to submit their CV to the company. The final stage of the process ends with the recruiting of the candidates chosen to undertake the Futura Trainee Program at BA Glass Group.
Part I (4 months) – All trainees will walk this path together with a specific program
Part II (8 months) – Each trainee will develop a specific project in a plant in Iberia.
Futura is a 12 months program, and will take place in BA Iberia plants.
Those wishing to apply must:
* Hold an Engineering Degree or Master
* Be in the professional market for less than two years
* Be available for 12 months
* Be fluent in English
* Be ready to travel
