BDF Industries is proud to announce its successful the bid to produce new beer bottles for Krones AG Glass Plant Angola.
Thanks to a combination of its own processing facilities including melting furnaces and forming lines, and cooperation with globally recognized suppliers for plant completion, the 270 TPD project will be designed, supplied and commissioned by the BDF Team during the next 24 months as a Turn Key Project.
The project foresees a batch plant ready for a further expansion, a 200 TPD regenerative furnace with possibility to increase up to 270 TPD, two 12 sections IS Forming Machines with possibility of adding a third line, and a complete cold end and inspection equipment, integrated automation control systems, utilities and complete networks installation.
First shipments are scheduled before end of 2015.
After Nigerian, Ethiopian and Magreb supplies, this project confirms BDF’s strong presence in the dynamic African market, and is in line with the company’s long-term view of service and support to glass plants and customers.
