Berlin Packaging, a leading full-service supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, has announced the definitive agreement to acquire All-Pak, Inc., aimed at accelerating growth of both companies, creating a combined company with annual revenues of about USD 500 million, a wider product offering, and over 40 sales offices and warehouse locations across the US. This exciting transaction unites two highly complementary businesses and will enable us to continue to unlock value for our customers, suppliers, and employees, said Andrew T.
