Berlin Packaging, a supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, has announced the rebranding of sales and warehouse locations formerly known as All-Pak, Inc. and are are now operating under the Berlin Packaging name. This is the culmination of a 10-month initiative to integrate the two businesses after Berlin Packaging“s acquisition of All-Pak in March 2010. With the All-Pak rebranding and the acquisition of Continental Packaging Solutions announced in December 2010, Berlin Packaging now has more than 70 sales and warehouse facilities operating under the Berlin Packaging name in North America.
