Italian sewing machine manufacturer Necchi S.p.A. has approved the incorporation of Italian financial holding company Bormioli Finanziaria, which controls glass packaging maker Bormioli Rocco e Figlio, it was reported on 22 September 2004. The Necchi board voted to begin merger procedures to incorporate Bormioli Finanziaria. The incorporation is part of the company“s restructuring plan, aimed at turning Necchi into an industrial holding, the company said.
