Ms Gita Yadav has joined Borosil Glass Works Ltd as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer as at November 02, 2015.
Ms Yadav also will be designated as Chief Investor Relations Officer under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.
The company has also informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 to November 11, 2015. The trading window shall open on November 12, 2015.
