Focusing on double-edgers, the Flex-Edge represents the first and unique platform for glass edging configurable in a wide range of glass sizes: from 140 by 140 millimetres up to 9,000 by 3,300 millimetres.
With the same approach, customers can choose their spindle configuration, having the possibility to accommodate up to 17 spindles on each side of the double edger including the numerically controlled finishing unit capable to grind and polishing glass corners up to a 5 millimetre radius and 62 millimetres of glass thickness.
The extreme versatility of this product is demonstrated by the possibility to insert pencil and flat edge processing opportunities on the same machine supporting the customers creativity.
