As of 1 December 2009, by means of a merger carried out on 25 November 2009, Bimatech srl has become part of Bottero Spa, already owner of the entire capital. Activities of the Bimatech division and its brand name will remain, as will the production unit in Pesaro and all personnel involved in the design, sales and assistance of Bimatech“s product range. The commercialization of Bimatech products will continue to be carried out by the commercial network of the Bottero Glass Technologies Group. As a consequence of the merger, the legal name, offices and administration department will be Bottero Spa, Cuneo, Italy.
