CDP’s report on Zignago Vetro

Above-average ratings for management of carbon emissions and water

Zignago Vetro has received its ratings from CDP, the certifying body in the field of ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance), which has for several years now evaluated the Group on two fronts: its management of water and that of its emissions of greenhouse gases.

As regards the emissions, the Group maintains a “B” rating: a result that is higher than the global average, which has on the other hand dropped in the last year, from B- to C.

The best results, though, can be seen in our water management: from a “B” rating, the Group has risen to a very significant “A-”. In other words, Zignago Vetro is in the 33 percent of the companies in the “Leadership level” category for the way in which they manage problems relating to water.

These are ratings that naturally encourage Zignago Vetro to keep on doing even more to guarantee a better future for our planet.
