24 September 1998: Sri Lanka“s Ceylon Glass Company Ltd. said it will offer a final cash dividend of one rupee per share based on 1997/98 financial year earnings, the Colombo Stock Exchange said in a statement. The statement said the payment date will be notified later. The 10-rupee share of the company, which makes glass containers, closed up US$ 0.50 recently.
