19 March 1998: The Norwegian company CG Holding AS is expected to buy the glass manufacturer Lindshammar Glasbruk AB. CG Holding already owns the Swedish Duka chain as well as the Norwegian companies Holding Hadeland Glasverk AS, Porselaensfabrik AS and Christiania Glasmagasin. Lindshammar Glasbruk AB was established in 1905 and has annual turnover of SKr 15 million.
