Charlotte MacLean elevates A+W Software’s team dynamics

A+W Software has announced the addition of Charlotte (CJ) MacLean to its growing Customer Service team. CJ brings with her extensive technology support knowledge, customer service experience, and over three years as an information system specialist for a window manufacturer.

CJ joins A+W Software as a Customer Support Specialist, focusing on A+W Clarity (glass) customers. In her new position at A+W Software, CJ is working under the tutelage of Derya Aydemir, Head of Customer Support for A+W Clarity. CJ’s training allows her to troubleshoot, address, and implement solutions to customer support tickets.

CJ commented, “As a self-described tech & customer service nerd, I consistently strive to raise the best solutions, prioritize those updates, and then administer them. I value my abilities as a customer-focused person to understand the problem, research a solution and then implement said solution.

“Overall, I can’t describe how excited I am to learn more about the flat glass industry, its nuances, learn from some of the best in the industry and put my extensive training to great use helping A+W’s amazing customers. It’s truly an honour to join A+W and I’m enthusiastic about the future: the company and my growth.”

John Staiano, COO of A+W Software North America, said, “CJ’s vivacity for technology (being a tech nerd), learning, customer service and brilliant interpersonal skills are all palpable with everyone she meets. Onboarding/training takes time, but we are confident in CJ’s abilities to test, learn and support our customer’s needs whenever they arise. I look forward to watching CJ grow as she collaborates with our customers in her new role as Customer Service Consultant.”
