Beatson Clark will be at this year’s BeerX event in Sheffield, offering breweries creative inspiration and ideas for glass packaging.
Visitors to BeerX, which takes place at Ice Sheffield from 16th to 18th March, are also invited to take a tour of Beatson Clark’s factory in nearby Rotherham.
The Yorkshire-based glass manufacturer specialises in helping independent breweries find the perfect bottles for their beers, and the annual conference of SIBA, the Society of Independent Brewers, is just one of a number of brewing-focused events that the company will be attending in 2016.
Beatson Clark manufactures bottles for many breweries including Robinson’s, Meantime, Bedlam and Brooklyn Brewery in New York.
The company will be showcasing its new range of general sale beer bottles at BeerX including its first embossed stock bottle and showing customers the bespoke bottles it has recently created for breweries.
“BeerX takes place in Sheffield and as our premises are just round the corner in Rotherham we will be offering a full factory tour to breweries alongside the show,” said Marketing Manager Charlotte Taylor.
“We will be providing transportation to and from the exhibition for any brewery wishing to see the beer bottles being made.”
On stand number 50 Beatson Clark will showcase a range of bespoke and standard beer bottles, and glass packaging experts will be on hand to explain how the company can create unique bottle designs for breweries at a greatly reduced cost.
Visitors to the stand will also be able to find out about Beatson Clark’s small volume production runs and its expertise in the latest glass embossing techniques.
SIBA BeerX 2016 is the biggest dedicated trade exhibition in the UK of companies supplying the brewing industry. It takes place from 16th to 18th March with the Festival of Beer following on 19th March.
