CMS acquired GFP, an Italian company specialized in cutting tables and seaming machines for glass processing.

Claudio Pietrobelli and Dario Zenere, shareholders of GFP, will maintain their strategic roles in GFP in sales, design, manufacturing and service. They will be supported by Dorian Campagnola to ensure the correct alignment with CMS Glass Technology.
