Conference on Glass Problems: call for papers

The 75th Conference on Glass Problems, which will include topics such as glass melting, refractories, process control & modelling, safety and emission, raw materials, batching, and recycling, will take place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, 3-6 November 2014.

Organizers of the 75th Conference on Glass Problems are inviting engineers, managers, scientists, educators, students and entrepreneurs interested in glass manufacturing to submit an abstract for the 2014 edition of this industry conference.
Broad topics of interest for the 75th GPC include:
•    glass melting;
•    refractories;
•    process control & modelling;
•    safety and emission;
•    raw materials, batching, and recycling;
•    new topics (relevant to glass industries).
Those who wish to present should complete the abstract submission form and email it to Donna Banks by 27 January 2014. Presenters are required to submit their paper for the conference proceedings publication.
Hosted at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the 75th GPC takes place 3-6 November 2014.
The Conference on Glass Problems is the largest glass manufacturing conference in North America, attracting glass manufacturers and suppliers worldwide to exchange innovations and problem solutions.
