Cristacurva acquires 5-year license to supply DFI technology in Mexico

Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI), global developer and exclusive supplier of the Diamon-Fusion(R) patented hydrophobic technology, signed a 5-year license agreement in May 2003 with Cristacurva- Advanced Technology Glass, a leader in Mexico in the manufacturing of architectural specialty glass. The agreement includes exclusive use of DFI“s enhanced hydrophobic technology for the specialty architectural glass markets in Mexico. Francisco Snchez Gil, Managing Director of Cristacurva, said after finalizing the agreement in Guadalajara, Mexico “the creation of this new alliance with DFI is an important step for us since it provides an essential aspect of Cristacurva“s vision by teaming-up with global and innovative companies of advanced technologies to bring added value to our glass products and further satisfy our customers“ needs”. According to Guillermo U. Seta, Executive Director of DFI, “This new “partnership“ with Cristacurva in Mexico reflects the core of our Global Marketing Strategy by maintaining the focus of our business alliances with well-established and innovating companies in the different market segments.” Cristacurva, a Guadalajara- based company with sales offices in Mexico City, Mexico, Laredo, Texas (US) and distribution warehouses throughout Mexico, has been manufacturing specialty glass products since 1980 using advanced process technology. Cristacurva“s glass products include: curved and flat annealed, tempered, laminated, heat mirror(R) and insulated units, along with safety, security and solar control glass. Cristacurva offers a wide range of curved and flat glass as well as superior optical quality and reduced tolerances. Some of Cristacurva“s projects completed in Mexico include Angeles de las Lomas Hospital, (Mexico City, 1998), Holiday Inn Select (Guadalajara, 1994), IBM Corporate Headquarters (Mexico City, 1997), Centro Magno Shopping Mall (Guadalajara, 1998).
