Glass container manufacturer Cristalerias de Chile has announced that it is selling its 20% stake in cable TV and broadband provider, VTR, to CorpGroup, owned by the Chilean Saieh family. Price of the transaction, which will be paid in full in pesos on 19 May 2010, is USD 333.2 million. The remainder of VTR is owned by Liberty Media through its international subsidiary, UnitedGlobalCom.
