The Chinese company CSR Guangdong Glasswool, a joint-venture created by Zhuhai City Aquatic Products and the Australian group CSR in 1994, has sold a 15% stake in its company to the insulation and reinforcement branch of the French group Saint-Gobain. CSR Guangdong Glasswool“s plant will have an initial production capacity of 6,000 tonnes of glass wool, made using Saint-Gobain“s technology.
