Diamut tools on display at VITRUM 2023

Diamut showcased their tools at the 23rd edition of VITRUM, the international trade fair for machinery, equipment and systems for the glass industry

Vitrum 2023, the international trade fair specialising in the world of machinery, equipment and systems for the glass industry, took place in Milan, Fieramilano Rho, where Diamut brought their products to showcase the evolution of tools for visitors.

Italy’s leading players in glass technology met for the 23rd edition of VITRUM, the international trade fair specialising in the world of machinery, equipment and systems for the glass industry.

“We return to Vitrum with our technologies and the professionalism of our sales team,” said Gianluca Grianti, Tooling Director. “Vitrum in fact confirms itself as an event not to be missed for the glass technology sector.”

In Hall 7 the entire range of Diamut tools were on display, all of them designed to produce better, more and at a lower cost: cup grinders and peripheral grinders, drills, milling cutters and slitting discs capable of working in perfect synergy with sophisticated technologies for machining glass.

Diamut’s constant research and innovation efforts have led to the creation of a new cobalt-free binder employed on the entire range of products: the binder includes the use of metal powders with low environmental impact and no risk of harming the health of operators.

Users of cobalt-free powders also gain guaranteed benefits throughout a tool’s whole production process, including the disposal of machining operation scraps. As such, this represents a major advantage for customers because it results in reduced costs related to the disposal of waste deriving from the materials’ machining operation processes.
