Dip-Tech has opened its new North American headquarters, which, the company says, is the natural next step due to the significant growth of the company. The centre will provide a new level of service for customers in the region, offering technical, graphics and customer support. Placement and shipment of ink, flushing fluid, and spare part orders will also be directed through the new headquarters. “Opening this site will improve our logistics process and allow us to increase our response time to our customers,” said Alysa Hoffmeister, VP & General Manager of Dip-Tech North America. “Best of all our customer and technical support line will be available 24/7 to provide an increased level of commitment to our customers’ overall success.”
Dip-Tech has also implemented professional training programmes to enrich customers’ capabilities in design and applications, with the first Advanced Applications Training held in Chicago in mid June. The two-day intensive graphic workshop included recommendations for improving production and workflow. Dip-Tech is looking to host its next Advanced Applications Training following the GlassBuild America exhibition taking place in Atlanta in September.
