Encirc received its first biofuel delivery, this renewable and more sustainable fuel source will be used to power one of the Derrylin furnaces during a biofuel trial in the first quarter of 2021.
Formed in partnership with Glass Futures and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Energy Innovation Programme, the trial will help to pave the way for an industry-wide reduction in carbon emissions.
