FeneTech adds more sessions to annual user conference

Customer input drives future development of the company’s software solution

FeneTech, Inc. will hold their annual conference June 10-12 with added sessions to further educate users about their FeneVision software’s latest enhancements.

This is the 17th year for the annual conference which began in 2003 with 17 attendees representing 11 companies. Each year has seen the conference grow. Today Samantha Hudeck, Manager of Administrative Services, expects between 110 and 120 users representing 50-55 window and door manufacturers and glass fabrication companies to attend the 2019 conference in addition to a number of industry vendors representing companies who do business in fenestration.

Each year, FeneVision developers and analysts survey the software’s customers during the conference to find out what they, as users, would like to see in future enhancements. They use these results to carefully map out their development strategies for the coming year.

Hudeck is especially enthusiastic about this year’s conference “We’re excited to announce the addition of more tracks to help our customers get the most out of our conference. Our users’ comments and suggestions not only fuel our development efforts, but we cater each conference to their business needs. This will be our 17th annual conference and we are looking forward to the opportunity to help our customers continue to grow and better serve their customers with the use of our software.”

FeneTech president and CEO Ron Crowl agreed “The opportunity to meet and share techniques and solutions with other users, some of whom have been using the software for two decades, is invaluable. Our user conference has evolved into one of the best reasons to choose FeneVision as your fenestration ERP solution.”

This year’s conference will be held in downtown Cleveland at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
