Further to the announcement on November 24, 2021, Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A (“Fenzi Group”), a leading chemical company for the glass processing industry and head-quartered in Milan, Italy, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Johnson Matthey‘s Advanced Glass Technologies (“AGT”) business, a global provider of specialist glass enamels and precious metal pastes for the automotive, architectural, home appliance, and hollow glass markets.
