Gimav will be hosting 14 Italian companies on a 700 sq.m. group stand at the upcoming edition of GlassBuild America. Expectations are high for this year’s show, taking place in Atlanta, 10-12 September.
Italian technology for glass processing returns to the limelight in the US. At the 11th GlassBuild America – to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, 10-12 September – Gimav, the Italian Association of Glass Processing Machinery and Accessory Suppliers, will be present with a group stand for its flat glass members.
The American continent is a critical market for Italian exports of glass processing machinery and accessories, as confirmed by Renata Gaffo, Gimav Director: “Overall exports to North and South America have been on an upward over the last two years (for both flat and hollow glass). More specifically, North America absorbed 9.11% of Italian exports and South America 10.33% in 2012.”
Participating in this show is therefore critical for Italian companies whose expectations are running very high. The Gimav area will host 14 companies taking part in the event on a display area of approximately 700 sq.m. in Hall B2 – stand 935.
