Glass Service srl Italy produced, installed and commissioned a new combustion system for the O-I facilities in Poznan Poland. The furnace is an end-port regenerative model with 3 burners per port and 4 forehearts type HP2 installed.
The combustion includes:
- Melting area combustion skids IPC technology
- Distributor and forehearth premixed natural gas skid for a total of 19 zones
The supply included all combustion system design, skid fabrication, installation on field and full commissioning.
The skids are certified for the following European Standard:
- ATEX standard zone IIG
- PED
- SIL2 according EN746 request
