Explore the free resources on GTS' new website

As Glass Technology Services (GTS) is known for its personal service, the company has redesigned its website to put more emphasis on its most important asset – the glass experts.

GTS is keen to to share specialist glass knowledge so the website features a range of free resources such as webinars and downloadable assets.

Sectors GTS serves
GTS works with a range of diverse business sectors that utilise glass, the new website has been redesigned to reflect this. On each sector page, you will now see which experts support that particular sector and the key services they provide.

Services directory
The new website also features a complete directory of the different service offered. Not only can you filter them by the sectors they are applicable to, but you can also see the relevant glass products for which services can be carried out.

Free webinar replays and training courses
To showcase the training GTS offers, there is now a dedicated space that features listings of live events and courses. There also is a library of past webinar recordings available to watch on-demand.

Free downloadable assets
The website also offers free assets available for download including the widely popular posters:

  • ​The glassmakers’ periodic table of elements – The first of its kind, this periodic table highlights the elements commonly used in glass manufacturing and features a graphical legend to indicate the role that these elements take in the glass making process. These include elements used as network formers, flux agents, optical modifiers, refining agents, stabilisers, colourants and those found within refractory materials.
  • Vial anatomy and classification – This pharmaceutical poster clearly defines anatomical terminology for tubular and moulded glass vials together with a table that summarises the suitability of glass container types based upon the general recommendations of the European (Ph. Eur) and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP).
