Glassman Europe returns to Lyon

Glassman Europe will take place in Lyon, France, 6 and 7 May 2015 and, as usual, will include a Technical Conference with leading experts within the industry.

The world-famous Glassman exhibition and conference is to return to Lyon, France next year, and will take place 6 and 7 May 2015 at the Cité Centre de Congrès de Lyon exhibition hall.
France remains one of Europe’s most important glass manufacturing regions with Glass Container Production at 3,030,949 tonnes in 2013 (Source FEVE).
Leading glassmakers including Saint-Gobain, SGD and Arc International are French while glass manufacturers such as Owen-Illinois (O-I) and Stoelzle also have manufacturing bases there. Moreover, several of the most important suppliers to the glass industry are based in the Lyon area.
Glassman Exhibitions are the leading events for the International Glass Manufacturing community. Suppliers of equipment and materials used at every stage of the primary glass manufacturing process will be invited to exhibit at Glassman Europe 2015, such as:
raw materials, batch plants, melting furnaces, combustion equipment, refractories, feeders and forehearths, forming machinery, hot-end handling materials and systems, annealing and decorating lehrs, cold-end handling materials and systems, tempering/laminating plants, processing machinery, laboratory services and analytical equipment, decoration materials and equipment, instrumentation/process control systems, turnkey plant construction services and technical assistance and training.
