Heat Applications India joins Hotwork International

Heat Applications India has joined the Hotwork International Group on August 30, 2023.

The owners of both companies have agreed for Hotwork International to take a significant amount of shares in Heat Applications India. The management of Heat Applications India will be by Daniel Kirkham and Neelima Kirkham, who will continue to support their large client base.

This milestone will allow both companies to unify their efforts and technology. Further, Hotwork International will extend its product portfolio to Heat Applications India in the growing Indian market, addressing the need of environmental friendly combustion and melting technology, offering low NOx combustion technology, electric boosting, hydrogen burner and more to various industries.

Hotwork International Group CEO, Benjamin Köster, handed a welcome gift to the HAL team during the Ceremony, this 30 August 2023: the Swiss “Treichel” or Cow Bell, which contains ornaments, symbolizing the tradition and rich heritage of Switzerland and showing why we are doing our part as a global group to protect the environment and working towards full sustainability, enabling future generations to enjoy the beauty of this planet.

The Management choose the day of Raksha Bandhan, a Hindu festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters and families, on the full moon of the Hindu month of Shravana, for the celebration, to underline the relationship of the new acquired sister companies.

The goal on this migration and cooperation is not only for unity but to continuously and strongly support clients with services needed at any time of the day in the year. Reach and availability of the Group covers from the Americas to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Asia Pacific and stretches to Australia and Oceania.
