IOCCO’s R&D department updated the previous de-airing bag furnaces in order to reach the first de-airing system in the world able to produce very complex shapes of windshields, sidelites and sunroofs produced with ultra-thin glass and multilayers such as PVB,-PDLC,-SPD and-XIR.
The ventilation and heating have been updated for considerable energy savings in the production phase.
The automation and control section has been completely redesigned with easy management via a new user friendly UI. Algorithms, used in the management of glass processing allow the preventative reporting of anomalies, avoiding production stops. Additional algorithms allow the machine to understand and compensate for many process anomalies, ensuring constant quality production.
Augmented reality systems are available to support customers’ technicians in production and maintenance steps on the system.
