IRIS Inspection machines creates dedicated project management team

In recent weeks IRIS Inspection machines has announced further important resource investments to strengthen customer service support

As part of an ongoing development strategy that keeps every customer’s interests at the heart of its activities, in recent weeks IRIS Inspection machines has announced further important resource investments to strengthen customer service support.

The global glass container inspection solutions specialist has created new Project Engineer positions for Francesco Martinelli, David Vaslin and Clément Galifet, all of whom had been working at IRIS previously as Customer Engineers. Over a period of several years, they have acquired considerable knowledge and experience of the company’s Evolution series of camera-based, non-contact inspection equipment, while constantly expanding their skill set.

The new Project Management team works in close co-operation with IRIS Sales Managers and assumes a leadership role in the WENSPECT projects for complete cold end lines in order to ensure appropriate project planning and to ensure that all projects are delivered with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Machine performance is confirmed by conducting tests and reports on behalf of customers, while acting as ‘thought leaders’ for the continuous improvement of all processes, methodologies and services. They are also responsible for training and supervising new customer engineers.
