IRIS Inspection: specialist support for customers in South East Asia

IRIS is strengthening engineering support and spare parts to hollow glass industry companies in South East Asia with a dedicated team of engineers who speak both Thai and English.

In collaboration with Upper House Engineering of Bangkok, international inspection solutions specialist IRIS Inspection machines is now strengthening dedicated engineering support and spare parts to hollow glass industry customers throughout South East Asia. Support is available 24 hours/day, seven days/week via a team of three engineers who speak both Thai and English. This includes all remote services for Evolution inspection machines connected to a network and in particular, diagnostics, remote adjustments etc.
Since the company’s creation in 2002, IRIS Inspection machines has developed a strong presence in South East Asia, with more than 200 machines successfully operating in Thailand alone. Local customers include Bangkok Glass Industry, L Lighting Glass, Siam Glass Industry, Thai Glass Industries Public and Wellgrow Glass Industry. Further orders have been received in recent weeks from Bangkok Glass Industry for installation during 2018.
IRIS Inspection machines will participate in the Glassman Asia exhibition at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre on 24-25 January 2018. The IRIS team looks forward to welcoming existing and new customers to Stand No E06 and to presenting the latest camera-based inspection equipment solutions for glass container and tableware production.
Thanawat Kingkaewkanethong is the Managing Director at IRIS Thai technical support, with Songkran Thongdi in charge of technical issues.
