The Italian-based company Isoclima Spa, part of the Finind di Este Group, of Padua, Italy, announced its take-over of Sps Spa. Company strategic needs, principally caused by the optimization of the different production plants, and by the necessity to draw together some of the operative structures of the group, as well as to rationalize the human resources in the company, determined the decision to unify the companies under the Isoclima logo. Isoclima has been present for over 20 years in the glass sector and together with Sps, claims to be leader of the vast range of transformed products for the automotive, aeronautical, navy, railway and architectural sectors.
