Ningbo-based glassmaker Kibing Group has reportedly signed an agreement regarding the investment of RMB 3.5 billion for the construction of two energy-conserving glass production lines in the Qingshuitang Industrial Zone, Zhuzhou, Hunan province. The first line will have a daily production of 600 tons of low-emissivity glass, while the second will produce 800 tons of ultra-clear glass per day for thin-film solar cell companies. According to the report, once the total project is complete, annual sales of RMB 3 billion are expected.
