Job description
The person chosen for this job will have to:
- Be responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machines.
- Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for customers.
- Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Job requirements
- Settled in Spain or Italy.
- Graduate from vocational school in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Native speaker (Spanish or Italian) and good English communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solver ability.
- Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service.
- Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired.
