Job Description
- Work in Europe responsible for installation and after-sales service in Europe
- Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers
- Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Job requirements
- Settled in Europe
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solver
- Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired
- Proficiency in in English and in another language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) is required
