At this year’s edition of Vitrum, Adelio Lattuada had on show an absolute innovation: the integration of a Kuka robot with two of its 11-wheel edging machines, enabling the company now to offer new, flexible and customized integration solutions with the following advantages: increase in automation levels, flexibility, productivity, production optimization and cost reduction.
The company Adelio Lattuada is very satisfied with the results of this edition of Vitrum and the first thanks go to all those who visited the stand and gave the company the opportunity to demonstrate the quality that Lattuada machines are able to offer.
Absolute innovation 2017 was the solution for the integration of a Kuka robot with two of its 11-wheel edging machines, one of which was positioned in line with the OT 2000/500/4S open top washing machine.
Thanks to the strategic partnership of the German company Knittel Glass with Kuka for the supply of robots, Lattuada can now offer new, flexible and customized integration solutions with the following advantages: increase in automation levels, flexibility, productivity, production optimization and cost reduction.
The PLM IOT i-Like Machines software developed by Holonix (Milan Polytechnic spin-off) and installed on the TLR 13 AV C PC mitring machine also attracted considerable interest. The software, of which Lattuada offered demonstrations of use during all four days of the fair, collects machine data in order to monitor its use by both the manufacturer and the user.
