Libbey will, as of 1 February 2013, be exclusive distributor of premium glassware and serveware brands for Spiegelau and Nachtmann in the US. Spiegelau and Nachtmann offer premium brand stemware, drinkware and serveware.
Libbey Inc. and the European-based companies Spiegelau and Nachtmann have announced an agreement in which Libbey will become the exclusive distributor of Spiegelau and Nachtmann glassware and serveware products to the US foodservice industry, effective 1 February 2013.
Through this exclusive agreement, Libbey Inc. – the leading supplier of tableware to the US foodservice industry, including glassware dinnerware and flatware products – will be offering new premium brand glassware choices for US foodservice customers.  Considered the “The Class of Glass,” Spiegelau is known for its fine stemware and other premium drinkware assortments. Nachtmann offers a variety of upscale serveware, decorative products, stemware and drinkware for finer dining establishments.

Founded in Germany in 1521, Spiegelau is known for affordable, on-premise products as well as fine stemware and premium drinkware. Spiegelau’s Platinum Glass is chip resistant and is especially suitable for commercial dishwashers. Nachtmann has been manufacturing upscale crystal serveware, decorative products, stemware and drinkware for finer dining establishments since 1843.
