LIJIANG Glass‘ Intelligent Glass Storage and Sorting System before Insulated is implemented as follows:
An intelligent glass storage system, characterized by: two glass fixed-point conveying equipment, two glass dynamic conveying equipment, a grid rack warehouse assembly and a warehouse management control system.
The grid rack warehouse assembly is provided with a feed port. There is also a glass dynamic conveying equipment and a glass fixed-point conveying equipment respectively outside the discharging port and the feeding port.
The warehouse management control system is electrically connected to the glass fixed-point conveying equipment and the glass dynamic conveying equipment. When the glass sheets enter the grid rack warehouse, the glass fixed-point conveying equipment located at the feed inlet dynamically transports the glass sheets to the system-designated position of the grid rack warehouse.
When the glass sheets are moved out of the grid rack warehouse, the glass dynamic conveying equipment located at the discharge port takes out the glass from the system-designated position of the grid rack warehouse and sends it to another glass fixed-point conveying equipment.
This intelligent glass storage system solves the problem of temporary storage during glass processing; the information and storage location of the glass entering the warehouse are recorded by the warehouse management system and then shipped out on demand according to the requirements of the next process.
