The operation steps of LIJIANG Glass‘ automatic insulating glass butyl extruder coating equipment are as follows: the aluminium spacer frame is manually operated, the aluminium spacer is placed on the conveyor belt and the aluminium spacer is manually controlled to run with the conveyor belt.
When the aluminium spacer frame passes the sensor, the transmission, the pressure wheel and the glue valve will automatically run according to the set program. The cylinder is lifted, the pressure wheel is pressed down, and the aluminium spacer frame is pressed; when the aluminium spacer frame reaches the glue head, the glue is applied and the butyl rubber is evenly distributed.
When the other side of the spacer frame is about to reach the pressure roller, the pressure roller lifts up, and when it leaves the glue head, the glue valve automatically stops the glue application.
The main functions of the equipment include:
