Global paint manufacturer Mankiewicz will present its CYCONJET® inkjet system at Glasstec 2016.
Mankiewicz is working in cooperation with engine builders FERMAC and CER to offer a perfectly adjusted process solution for individualized industrial printing on glass with UV inks. The trend towards individualization of products in the industrial sectors calls for new technologies and products that are adjusted both to the customer´s processes and the print equipment.
The specifically harmonized components of the CYCONJET® UV inkjet systems were developed by the three partners and are perfectly tuned to the print equipment. UV-curing primer, ink and topcoat are directly applied to the substrate, which results in significant time and cost savings for the customer owing to maximum flexibility.
To comply with customers´ different requirements and production conditions Mankiewicz, together with FERMAC and CER, offers customized digital print concepts according to the strictest industrial specifications. These concepts allow easy integration into existing industrial production processes. Users particularly profit from Mankiewicz´s comprehensive know-how in the developing of customized high-performance paint systems for industrial series production. This experience bears fruit in the automotive and aviation sectors as well: Conventional ink systems hardly withstand the enormous chemical and mechanical stress; the CYCONJET® system, however, complies with all current OEM specifications and has extremely high resistance values.
