Dr. Scott R. Hammond and Dr. Christopher M. Harris have been appointed by New Energy Technologies as Principal Scientist and to the Company’s Board of Advisors respectively.
New Energy Technologies, Inc., a developer of innovative technologies for generating sustainable electricity, has announced two new appointments: Dr. Scott R. Hammond as Principal Scientist, and Dr. Christopher M. Harris to the Company’s Board of Advisors.
Both Hammond and Harris previously tenured at the United States Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), one of the world’s most respected and advanced solar-photovoltaic research institutions.
NREL and New Energy have been working together on a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement to advance New Energy’s SolarWindow™ technology, which generates electricity on see-through glass.
