On July 15, the third “718 Shanghai Curtain Wall Shared Design Festival” hosted by the Shanghai Creative Society, organised by the Shanghai Creative Society Curtain Wall Shared Design Committee and co-organised by NorthGlass, was successfully held in the Golden Hall of the National Convention Centre of Shanghai.
Gao Xueming, chairman of NorthGlass and NorthGlass Light-Stone, Gao Qi, vice president of NorthGlass and general manager of Glass Deep Processing BU (honorary vice president of CCMSA), Li Chunchao, marketing director of NorthGlass and deputy general manager of Glass Deep Processing BU, attended the meeting and were awarded the “Shanghai Curtain Wall Shared Design Innovation Award.”
The theme of this year’s Shared Design Festival was “Innovation and Sharing – Promoting high-quality Development of the Industry,” which focuses on innovation and sharing, exploring new directions, exchanging new technologies, displaying new products and recognizing new achievements.
Mr. Li Chunchao, who is a standing member of the Curtain Wall Shared Design Professional Committee of the Shanghai Creative Society, and Mrs. Zhang Yi of Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute Ltd. presided over the opening ceremony.
In the sharing session of new materials applications, new technologies and new programs of architectural curtain wall, Li Chunchao made a speech with the theme of “Innovation Promotes high-quality Development of the Industry.” Starting from the classic cases built by NorthGlass super glass, he shared NorthGlass’ achievements in innovation and the craftsmanship embodied in the fine production in the past 30 years.
At the exhibition and exchange site, the non column corner glass displayed by NorthGlass broke the traditional connection method of corner glass, providing a 360 degree unobstructed view and bringing a new experience to leaders, experts and industry representatives on-site. Experts from various industries, enterprise representatives have conducted in-depth discussions with NorthGlass personnel, giving high praise to the product performance and innovative thinking.
