Olivotto Glass Technologies SpA (Italy) and W. Lindner Maschinen GmbH (Germany), have announced the closing of the sale of W. Lindner Maschinen trademark and technology assets for hollow glass plant and machine manufacturing. The assets have been purchased by Olivotto Glass Technologies SpA (Turin-Italy), an Olivotto Industries Company operating in the engineering and manufacturing of glassware forming machinery under the trade names OLIVOTTO, ANTAS and LYNCH. The LINDNER trademark and technologies concerning activities in the hollow glass forming machinery will be integrated under a single organization. The OLIVOTTO, ANTAS, LYNCH and LINDNER technology will be integrated under a single sales organisation worldwide.
